MUI Properties Bhd is selling 53 acres of freehold land in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, to Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM80.8 million in cash.
The land, located in Bandar Springhill, currently agricultural, will be converted to medium industrial use by the buyer, a subsidiary of Shenzen Antmed Company Ltd, a Chinese firm specialising in advanced medical devices.
MUI expects to realise a pre-tax gain of RM16.58 million from the sale, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, with an estimated post-tax gain of RM7.56 million improving earnings for FY2026.
The proceeds will fund development of a medical hub in Bandar Springhill, enhancing local infrastructure and economic growth.
